We offer a full refund within 30 days from day of purchase for any product that does not work out for some reason. Customer pays return shipping of item to us, if a return is required. A replacement product (different size, etc.) will be shipped at no additional cost to customer. If our Oaki gear is found to have a defect of any kind, contact us immediately. We offer a one year warranty.
